Event Guidelines:
1) Drivers are encouraged to wear their driving suits so that spectators (especially children) can distinguish them from the rest of the crowd for obtaining autographs and photos. Pit crews are also welcome to wear uniforms if available.
2) Please do not bring alcoholic beverages. Concessions will be provided by Uncle Ron's and food vendors.
3) Drivers are responsible for the conduct of their crews and families. Let's all work together to make this event a fun and safe one!
4) Remember to bring Sharpies to sign autographs! Feel free to bring your own autograph cards, tshirts, etc. Only promotional items normally sold out of your trailer can be sold at your display. You are also welcome to hand out flyers, coupons, etc. from your sponsors at your display.
5) No starting vehicles.
6) Event staff will be on hand with push vehicles to help get your cars in place, or you are welcome to use your own 4-wheeler. If you use your own, the 4-wheeler must be stored in hauler from 11am to 4pm.
7) The State Fire Marshal requires that there be no more than 5 gallons of fuel on board. We will be inspecting vehicles upon arrival and all fuel cell caps & vents will be sealed with tape for the event. Please do not tamper with the tape. The fire marshall could show up for an inspection at any time.
8) All cars must be in place by 11am. We will start setting up at 8am. Please arrive as soon as possible.
9) For safety reasons, no vehicles will be allowed to leave until the show is over at 4pm.
