2006 Sponsorship & Advertising Contract
The undersigned (checkbox below) company representative agrees to a sponsorship of Midwest Racers Autograph Day, April 1, 2006 in Lincoln, Nebraska and agrees to the following:
1) Payment for sponsorship must be made within 30 days of signing up or before March 31, 2006 to be eligible for sponsorship benefits.
2) Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold Midwest Motorsports, LLC harmless from any liability or cost incurred resulting from its involvement with Midwest Racers Autograph Day.
3) “Vending Space” refers to a reasonable area at the venue to display and/or sell your goods or services. You will be responsible for providing tables, chairs, display items, etc. If you will need more than a 20 sq. ft. space, please call 402-432-6316 for special arrangements.
MMP, LLC will wants to assure a successful marketing opportunity for your business or organization. Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will make every effort to accommodate you. MMP, LLC reserves the right to refuse sponsorship.
